Dr. Jeff Zabudsky has been the President of Red River College since August 2004. Jeff has worked as an administrator in Cana's post-secondary system and in educational broadcasting for over twenty years. He has previously served as Vice-President, Academic at Sault College in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario; Dean of Technology and Curriculum Innovation at the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology in Edmonton, Alberta; and Distance Education Specialist at the Nova Scotia Agricultural College in Truro, Nova Scotia. Jeff is Chair of the 2009 United Way of Winnipeg Campaign; a Member of the Manitoba Immigration Council; a Member of the Premier's Economic Advisory Council; a Member of the Manitoba Innovation Council, a Member of the Board of Directors of Destination Winnipeg Inc., Vice-President of the Board of Winnipeg Harvest, and a member of the Winnipeg Poverty Reduction Council. He is past President of the Canadian Association of Distance Education, served on the Board of the Association of Canadian Community Colleges, and is Past Chair of the Board of the Manitoba Chambers of Commerce.

Jeff holds a PhD in Educational Policy Studies from the University of Alberta, a Masters Degree in Distance Education from Athabasca University and a Bachelor of Applied Arts Degree in Broadcast Journalism from Ryerson University.
