Overview of the Concepts and Framework
François Brouard is a bilingual Chartered Accountant with a bachelor's
degree in business administration (B.A.A.) from HEC Montréal, a master's
degree in accounting (M.Sc.) from Université du Québec à Montréal
(UQAM) and a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) from Université Québec à Trois-Rivières (UQTR). He is currently an Associate professor in the
accounting group (taxation and financial accounting) at the Sprott School of
Business, Carleton University and Director of the Sprott Centre for Social
Enterprises (SCSE) / Centre Sprott pour les entreprises sociales (CSES). His research
interests include social entrepreneurship, strategic intelligence, business transfer, SME, governance, professional education, tax, and financial planning.
