One of the founders of Integration Resources Canada, Naomi Fowlie has helped guide internationally educated professionals who have immigrated to Canada gain employment commensurate with their expertise and experience. Her company is noted for its one-on-one career coaching model as well as its expertise in helping HR and Hiring Managers attract and retain foreign trained top talent.


A native of Ottawa, she earned a degree from Carleton University and a Bachelor of Education from Queen's University. With a varied career that includes education, real estate, residential construction and fundraiser, she brings to her work a broad spectrum of experience and connections. She has been recognized at the provincial and civic levels for her extensive volunteer work in promoting education and the performing arts. With her passion for new ideas and changing mainstream thought, she has helped found several companies and not for profit organizations
